There is no shortcut to increase weight but there is some key points which helps you to increase weight :
- eat healthy and hygiene food.
- Intake lots of liquid (water approx 6-7 ltr in day) or drink milk
- Do regular exercise

- Take proper food with calories,fats ,vitamins ,proteins.

- Take proper sleep
